My Landlord is raising the rent

I have recently been informed that my landlord is raising the rent on me by $200, up to $2,000 for my place in Alameda “due to rising costs.” Ouch! My rent just went up 11% for this 2 bedroom.

Rentometer thinks that I am paying way too much…
